Proceedings of meetings and symposia may be published in book or periodical form; in this case, use the same format as for a chapter in a book or journal article. if not published please follow the below format. 

Basic Format

Author, A. A., Author, B. B., & Author, C. C. (year, month if applicable). Title of the work. Paper presented at the meeting/conference of Organization Name, Location. Retrieved from URL.
